The varsity volleyball team defeated the Anderson High School Indians in Tuesday night's match. The Cougars were in control early on and took the first set 25-10. Anderson was outscoring GC early in the second set, but a serving run by Savvanna Riall helped pushed the Cougars to a 25-17 win in set two. GC went on several scoring runs in set three to close out the game with a 25-11 win. Varsity volleyball is now 16-11 this season.
