Girls Golf Advances to the Regional! We did it! The Lady Cougars golf team is going to the Regional! After almost finishing a full round of golf in the rain on Monday, the sectional was rescheduled to Tuesday. What a difference a day makes! Our ladies came in 3rd out of 9 teams with a score of 411. New Palestine came in 1st with a score of 334. Mount Vernon scored 355 to take 2nd. Ressie Lemmon (MV) was the Medalist with a score of 69. Aly Wilson shot her lowest 18 hole tournament with a score of 96. Leighanna Gibbs shot a 102, Rylee Conaway 104, Alissa Kitcoff 109 and Makenzie Gilkison 126. The hospitality of the Links staff exceeded our expectations, especially with two weather delays on Monday. Our ladies are excited to compete at the next level! Regionals will be held this Saturday at Edgewood Country Club in Elwood. Go Lady Cougars!
