Women's Cross Country places 9th at Wildcat Classic Invitational

The Greenfield-Central Women's Cross Country team traveled to Marion to compete in the Wildcat Classic Invitational held at Indiana Wesleyan University on Saturday. The Cougars placed 9th of the 22 competing teams. Josie Kinnaman led G-C with a 10th place finish in a career best time of 18:42. She was followed to the finish by Mia Brinkruff in 11th (18:53). Adalyn Cole (54th/20:20), Kendall Barrett (75th/20:57), and Kamryn Smith (88th/21:13) completed the scoring for the Cougars. Taylor Cooksey (94th/21:25), Harper Rahe (151st/23:17), Addison Gordon (176th/23:59), Cerenity Minchin (186th/24:43), and Ashlyn Devlin (193rd/25:05) also competed in the varsity race. IN the reserve race, the Cougars were led by Lilian Gordon in a career best time of 26:38. Paige Coughenour (90th/27:36), Kaiden Frischkorn (118th/31:19), and Annabelle Seats (125th/35:40) also competed. Team scores: 1. Penn - 60 2. Harrison (West Lafayette) - 117 3.
