The Greenfield-Central women's cross country team placed third at the Plainfield Relays on Saturday. The pair of Mia Brikruff and Josie Kinnaman placed first in the 6 mile relay, setting a new school record in a combined time of 34:53.05, beating the old school record set in 2019 by Audrey Brinkruff and Reagan Crouch. The team of Kamryn Smith and Adalyn Cole placed 12th in a time of 38:11.92, the fourth fastest time in school history. Rounding out the scoring pairs were the team of Harper Rahe and Taylor Cooksey, placing 22nd in a time of 40:46.00, the 10th fastest in school history. Also participating in the Hokum Karem were the teams of Addison Gordon/Cerenity Minchin (37th) and the team of Ashlyn Devlin/Aspen Wiswell (46th).
