The Greenfield-Central women's cross country team opened the season at the Valley Cross Kickoff hosted by Terre Haute South at the Leverne Gibson Cross Country Venue. The Cougars placed sixth of the 34 represented teams. The Cougars placed two runners in the top 15 in the meet - Mia Brinkruff 13th and Josie Kinnaman 15th. Adalyn Cole placed 50th, followed closely by Kamryn Smith in 55th. Kendall Barrett rounded out the scoring, placing 67th. Taylor Cooksey (100th) and Harper Rahe (138th) finished 6th and 7th for the team. Addison Gordon (162nd), Cerenity Minchin (181st), and Ashlyn Devlin (195th) also competed in the varsity race. A total of 256 runners competed in the race. Aspen Wiswell (73rd), Paige Coughenour (83rd), Lily Gordon (89th), and Kaiden Frischkorn (126th) competed in the JV race.
