Cougars run rule Lawrence Centyral Varsity vs Lawrence Central High School. After trading scoreless innings in the 1st and 2nd, Savvanna Riall hit a grand slam in the 3rd to get the Cougar offense rolling we scored an additional run in the frame for a 5-0 lead. The Cougars would extend the lead in the 4th plating 3, including a solo by Leilani Forshey. for an 8-0 lead, we also scored 2 in the 5th. The offense was led by Joise White 3 for 4 and scoring 3 times, Savvanna Riall was 3 for 4, a grand slam, a double, a run scored and 5 rbi. Avery Daniels went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored and a rbi. Addi Heacox got the win in the circle going 3 innings allowing 2 hit, 0 runs and 3 K's, Christine Heckley pitched 2 scoreless innings allowing 1 hit and striking out 4. The Lady Cougars are back in action Saturday in the Cougar Classic vs Seymour at 9am
