The Greenfield-Central boys golf team put forth a commendable performance at the 2025 Delta Boys Golf Invitational, finishing **third overall** with a team score of 330. Competing against a talented field at **Albany Golf Club**, the Cougars showcased their depth and consistency. Leading the charge for Greenfield-Central was Avery Young, who delivered an impressive round of 80, securing tied for fifth in the individual standings. His steady play and sharp ball-striking kept him near the top of the leaderboard, reinforcing his reputation as one of the area’s top golfers. The Cougars also saw strong performances from Corbin Elliott (82), and McCoy (83), all contributing to the team’s solid showing. Their ability to navigate the course and maintain composure under pressure was a testament to their preparation and skill. While Noblesville claimed the team title with a score of 306, Greenfield-Central’s third-place finish behind Yorktown (325) demonstrated their ability to compete at a high level.
