Greenfield Central’s girls tennis team capped off a strong week with a 4-1 victory over Frankton—its third win in as many matches. Senior Tanessa O’Neal set the tone with a dominant 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 3 singles. Fellow senior Claire Davidson followed up with a 6-3, 6-0 victory at No. 2 singles, and senior Kaydence Ham teamed up with Anna McQueeney for a 6-0, 6-3 win at No. 1 doubles. Kate Gilkison earned the fourth point at No. 1 singles, finishing strong with a 6-1, 6-3 victory. At No. 2 doubles, Lauren Page and Lucy Stewart battled in a competitive match filled with long rallies and close games before falling 3-6, 2-6.
