Men's Track and Field Ties with Southport

After 16 events and with a 132 total possible points, the Cougars and Cardinals ended with both teams tied at 66 points. In the field, the Cougars were dominant in the throws taking the top 6 spots in the discus and the top two spots in the shot put. Zach Blevens and Von Quigley went 1 and 2 in both the shot put and the discus with Blevens winning the shot put and Quigley winning the discus. On the track, Jalen Stuckey won all three of his races: 100, 200 and the 4x1 where he hawked down the Southport runner who had an early lead. The relay team included John Stuckey, Austin Kincer, and Jordin Jones. Jones ran his first ever 800 and won with a time of 2:04.
