Greenfield-Central JV defeated Lawrence Central JV on Friday night by a score of 61 - 49. The Cougars were able to overcome a five point deficit at intermission to pick up their 13th consecutive win. G-C continues to shoot the ball well, as the team connected on 11 three-pointers. Wyatt Freeman continued his proficiency from behind the arc as he connected on six three-pointers to lead all scorers with 18 points. Clay Mullins added three from deep as well to add 9, while twin brother, Cole, scored 7 of his 10 during the fourth frame. The win moves the junior varsity to a record of 15-2 with three games remaining.
