Greenfield-Central Boys JV basketball defeated Pendleton Heights JV by a score of 56 - 44 on Friday evening. The win moves G-C JV to a 10-2 record on the season. The Cougars jumped out to an early lead and held off a few late runs from the visitors to secure the victory. Cole & Clay Mullins were hot from behind the arc in the first half, connecting on seven 3's between the two. In one half, Cole scored 12 points and pulled down 6 rebounds. Clay Mullins ended the evening with 11 points, 3 helpers and 3 blocks. Malachi Van with another big game as he posted 14 points to go along with 4 rebounds. Wyatt Freeman & Isaac Roberts were both very active with 6 points apiece to go along 7 assists, 6 rebounds, and 3 steals collectively. The Cougars are on the road this evening as they head to Muncie Central for a 6pm tip before the varsity contest.
