This weekend the Greenfield-Central Women's Wrestling Team participated in the New Palestine Girls Wrestling Invitational. 27 high schools participated in the event. At 145 pounds Jasmine Camacho took home the gold with 4 first-period falls on the day. Also taking home the gold with a 4-0 record and 4 first-period falls at 155 lbs was Ella Harpold. The two seniors led the strong performance by the Cougars. Sophomore Keely Allen placed second going 3-1 on the day. Senior Madalyn Reed went 4-1 on the day and earned 3rd place at 190 lbs. Earning 4th place at 100 lbs with a 4-2 record was Asia Bowen. Other Cougars participating were Nevaeh Branscum 1-2 and earned her first career win, Annalyse Johnson 1-2, and Katie Rigney 0-2
