The Cougars got off to a bit of a slow start Thursday night against the Woodmen, finishing the first half down 8-14. After halftime, the team came out strong, outscoring the Woodmen 8-2 in the 3rd quarter, and finished the game 30-20. Paislee Brown led the team with 10 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals, and 1 assist. Aubrey Bush was the second-leading scorer with 4 points; she also finished with 5 rebounds, 7 steals, and 2 assists. Addie Heacox contributed 3 points and 5 steals. Brooklynn Study recorded 7 steals, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist. Abbey Malet had 4 rebounds and 1 point. The team will play at Center Grove Tuesday night at 6pm.
