The Cougars ran well to finish 4th in the Mount Vernon Sectional advancing next week to the Shelbyville Regional. A pair of Cougars led the way for All-Sectional finishes. Bryce Cotterman and Henry Rahe finished 12th (16:23) and 13th (16:25) respectively. Both ran a personal best time. Peter Hummel had a good race just off his pr finishing 23rd (17:02). Jack Wait was the 4th Cougar finishing 26th (17:17). David Wasson was the final scoring Cougar in 30th (17:40). Otto Sickels was the 6th Cougar (18:03). Ben Flora was the final Cougar, and he ran his best time to finish 58th (18:51).
