The girls JV volleyball team competed in some tough matches during Saturday's three-way with Fishers and Guerin Catholic. The Cougars took the first set against Guerin Catholic 25-20. Guerin came back to win the second set 25-11, forcing a third set. Guerin Catholic took the win after securing the third set 15-9. Greenfield-Central competed well against the Fishers High School Tigers, but came up short. Fishers took the first set 25-19, and the second set 25-22. The JV volleyball team is now 11-9 this season. Their next game is at home on Tuesday, October 8 against Anderson High School.
