In a 3-0 loss, Caroline Felver had 9 saves and Abbey Malet had 3 saves. Saturday, August 17th - 1:30pm In the consolation game of the Kicking for Cancer Tournament, the Lady Cougars took on the Warren Central Warriors. In a mercy-rule 9-0 win, Paige McCarley had 4 goals and 2 assists, and Ainsley Robinson had 1 goal and 1 assist. Other goal scorers were Chaney Brown, Tessa Joyner, Chloe Gardner, Lucy Blanton. Assists were from Loren Bewley with 2 assists, and 1 each by Aubrey Bush and Carly Means. Abbey Malet had 2 saves in the shutout win. GCHS (1-1-0) will play at home vs Franklin Central on Monday.
