The seniors started the match on the pitch, and it didn’t take long for the Cougars to strike. 3’ GOAL Sophia Engelin. Jessica Kleinknight found Sophia Engeln, who finished to the far side of the net for her first career varsity goal! What a Senior Night moment! Lucy Blanton made a dangerous run down the right side and found Aubrey Bush with the service just going wide of the right side of the net. GOAL AINSLEY ROBINSON! Lexi Kerkhof with the assist. 2-0 GC. GOAL LUCY BLANTON! A few minutes later Ainsley dropped the ball back to Lucy Blanton… Delaney Beaver added another dangerous shot as the Cougars kept the pressure on. GOAL CAROLINE FELVER! The assist was from Mia Brinkruff as GC continued to roll.
