GC Tennis defeated Pendleton Heights 5-0 on Monday night. The Cougars came out strong and took care of business in all five varsity matches. 1S Nathan Roberts cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 victory. 2S Nash Berty followed with a 6-3, 6-2 win, while 3S Raleigh Gantt earned a 6-0, 6-4 victory. In doubles, Jacob Welch and Andrew White picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win at 1D. Kayden Green and Jack Herrin completed the varsity sweep with a 6-2, 6-3 victory at 2D. The JV Cougars also came away with a win, defeating Pendleton Heights 6-4.
