🏈 Greenfield-Central Defeats Alexandria, 33–27 Friday, August 21st — Greenfield-Central came away with a hard-fought 33–27 victory over Alexandria. The young Cougars were led offensively by Kyson Nicholson, who scored three touchdowns—a 95-yard kickoff return, a 57-yard rushing touchdown, and a 31-yard receiving touchdown. Chase Antle completed 5 of 6 passes and threw two touchdown passes, including one to Brady Martin. Gabe Everhart added a rushing touchdown and a successful 2-point conversion. Defensively, Aidyn Farnell led the Cougars with 13 total tackles and one forced fumble. Alex Lanum added six solo tackles and an interception.
