The Lady Cougars picked up the twelve win of the season defeating Shelbyville 10-0 in a 5-inning run rule game. The Cougars took 1-0 lead in 1st and added 2 in the 2nd to make it 3-0. In the 4th the cougars would plate 5 runs making 8-0. In the 5th a double by Savvanna Riall would score 2 runs. for a 10-0 lead. Addi Heacox went 5 innings allowing 7 hits and no runs for win. The offense was powered by Kristen Wineinger who was 3 for 4 scoring twice, Tovaria Smith went 2 for 3 score 2 times and had a rbi, Savvanna Riall went 3 for 4, scored a run and had 4 rbi, Chesney Herbst went 1 for and had 2 rbi, Christine Heckley 1 for 2 and scored 3 times, Milly Aldridge scored twice and had a rbi. The Lady Cougars are back in action Friday night vs Lawrence North at 6pm at home
