The Greenfield-Central girls track and field team turned in another strong performance, highlighted by a dominant showing from its freshman sprinters, field event athletes, and multiple top-three finishes across the meet. Camilla Aldridge and Liberty Williams led the way in the 100 meter dash, finishing first and second in 13.21 and 13.34, respectively. The duo continues to establish itself as one of the top young sprint groups in the area. In the distance events, Josie Kinnaman and Alexis Kerkhof delivered strong performances in both the 800 and 1600 meters, each earning runner-up and third-place finishes. Adalyn Cole added a second-place finish in the 3200 meters. Brooklyn Emmerling paced the hurdles group with a third-place finish in the 100 hurdles and a runner-up finish in the 300 hurdles. The Cougars also saw success in the relays, winning the 4x100 and 4x800 while adding a third-place finish in the 4x400. In the field events, Hadley Hill led a dominant throwing effort with wins in both the discus and shot put, while Evelyn Schini added a runner-up finish in the discus. Jaidynn Vermilyer placed second in the high jump, and Juliann Jones added a second-place finish in the long jump.
