The Lady Cougars hosted Perry Meridian tonight in Girls Basketball. The Cougars led 12-2 after the 1st quarter and never looked back on their way to a 55-24 victory over the Falcons. The game provided the Cougars with their most consistent and balanced scoring of the season. The Cougars had 7 different players score in the game. Juliann Jones led all scorers with 11 points. She was closely followed by a trio of Cougars with 9 points each. The trio included, Ainsley Robinson, Izzy Silcox, and a season high from Addie Heacox. Freshman Lexi Kerkhof was right behind the trio with 8 points. The Lady Cougars are back in action on Saturday when they host Herron High School in a Varsity Only contest at 1:30.
