Greenfield's wrestling Lady Cougars had a heck of a weekend at the Ben Davis girls wrestling invitational. The Cougars had 7placers from their 9competing athletes including two finalists and one champion. The Lady Cougar lineup also saw two new faces on the day, DeAsia Washington and Giamani Anderson, who both took the mats for the first time in their wrestling careers and placed. Early competition injuries helped keep the Lady Cougars from a top three finish. Alex Bousman (ankle) and Brookelynn Lanning (elbow) both left the tournament early for medical evaluation.
