Coach Reuben McCracken is in his first year coaching the Women’s Track &Field at Greenfield-Central and but in his 15th year of coaching in his career. Most of his Track & Field career has been concentrated on hurdle and long jumping event, but Reuben also has a good deal of experience with long distance training. Coach McCracken has coached several individual and team conference champions, sectional champions, and regional qualifiers.

Reuben graduated from Hagerstown High School in 2002 and from Ball State University in 2015. He has been teaching mathematics for two years but this is his first year at GC. Coach McCracken is a group leader with the Student Leadership Academy and also volunteers with the Cross Country teams.

He regularly runs road races, having completed several half and full marathons along with completing multiple full Ironman triathlons.

The Women’s Track Team is currently the defending Hancock County and Hoosier Heritage Conference Champions.
