Your Lady Cougars came out fast and never looked back in winning 11-0 over Delta to capture the Hoosier Heritage Conference traveling bell for the first time. On the night, five different Cougars scored and six different players had an assist. Senior Anne Marie Dekeyser led the way with four goals, sophomore Kelsi McLaughlin had three goals and two assists, junior Kennedy Trapp had two goals and an assist, junior Kambell Trapp had one goal, freshman Courtney Vaughn scored her first goal, freshman Cora Bishop tallied three assists, while chipping in with one assist each were sophomore Emma Rennier, freshman Sarah Contrarez and junior Morgan Murdoch. Junior Schyler Slunaker and freshman Hannah Skene combined for the shutout.

The Cougars also played a JV half and won that 1-0 as well. Freshman Gladys Rodriguez took a pass from junior Morgan Murdoch and scored for the final.

The Cougars are back in action Saturday morning at Triton Central for a 10am kickoff.
